Welcome to MT Pro Clean (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website https://www.mt-proclean.com, requesting services, or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.


Services

MT Pro Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific services, pricing, and scope of work are agreed upon at the time of booking or quoting.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, biohazards, or lack of access to the property.


Scheduling & Access

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information.

  • Someone must provide access to the property at the scheduled time unless prior arrangements have been made (e.g., lockbox, code, key).

  • MT Pro Clean is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to lack of access.


Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on the information provided by the client and the condition of the property at the time of service.

  • Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or services outside the original scope.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, ACH, checks, or invoices.

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.


Property Conditions & Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Secure pets during service

  • Remove fragile or irreplaceable items

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available

MT Pro Clean is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or improperly secured items.


Damage & Liability

MT Pro Clean takes care while performing services; however:

  • We are not responsible for damage due to faulty fixtures, unstable surfaces, or pre-existing damage

  • Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.


Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions pose a health or safety risk, including but not limited to:

  • Mold

  • Biohazard materials

  • Aggressive animals

  • Unsafe structural conditions

All content on this website is the property of MT Pro Clean and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited activity.


Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.


Governing Law
